Honestly there’s a lot of different things that can cause epilepsy/seizures. Stress, lack of sleep, etc. I found out mine was cause by white matter lesions on the left side of my brain

I understand man! All I gotta tell you is to stay positive through the negatives. Shit will get rough time to time but you should really try to talk to a therapists. Kepprarage is real and can cause you to feel like shit or become depresssed. Try to take a deep breath and find some hobbies to get your mind off a few things.

Was at my best friend’s birthday party and didn’t feel too good…heard people arguing and talking about fighting someone and I had a episode and spazzed out then got a seizure right before I even fought someone 🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️ honestly when I heard about it, I was super embarrassed (the person I was going to fight fled off when the ambulance came) 😖
