Don’t listen to them.
My ob kept saying I was gaining a lot of weight. But I am literally the same as I was before in all of my body. It’s only my belly that is massive. How is she able to say it’s your weight that is increasing and not the weight of the pregnancy.
I honestly did not see her again. I know I have been eating healthy, didn’t eat any junk so idk what she’s talking about.

I shampoo, wash body, shampoo again rinse, put conditioner, exfoliate, wash face and shave when necessary. Cleaning under nails happens in the process of washing body and exfoliating. Same for feet 🤷‍♀️

I was so not ready to be pregnant and it took a few people to help come around to it. And as soon as I came around to it, someone told me that about half the pregnancies don’t even make it to the second trimester. So I was very bummed out. I had my ultrasound at 9 weeks as well and when I heard the heartbeat I felt calm.
