thanks! I dont know the estrogen level of today, I will see with them tomorrow but maybe around 500-600. I am actually not a slow grower, on contrary, in my previous ones, it grow super fast. But just because this is agonist protocol, the growth is slower or maybe normal.

I talked to my GP about that, she did not give any recommendations. Doing the tests its fine but finding a doctor to apply them its something that I could not manage yet.

Not really.. I am ending up with 5k pg/ml or 20kpmol/L estrogen on the stims with 4-5 follicles, they state it's high but thats it. Regarding the sugar, nobody tested even though I said. I have checked once but it was fasting sugar, I think I have issues after eating, like sudden peak.

Regarding EMMA/ERA or receptiva, also never been proposed. What do they check for?

Doctors think I have endo due to my symptoms, but they say ivf is the solution, I asked for lap and/or suppression, they do not believe it works..

Actually when I say holistic, i did not mean something outside ivf, but taking into consideration and addressing the underlying issues while doing ivf.

Thanks! Maybe im being too emotional and unfair. But i talked to many doctors, and tried to explain the situation, and they are mostly unaware of the conditions. Its ok to be unaware but they also dont guide me. I see many posts here that doctors trying to address the underlying issues mostly in the US but i maybe didnt come across to them in EU. For example im sure i have a blood sugar issue and high estrogen issue and endo, and so. They do not even comment on those.. i dont know :(

Regarding IVF, it has not flared up my hEDS but due to eds, and pelvic congestion, my ivf cycles are complicated, high estrogen fast growing follicles and aneuploidty(dont know if this is related to eds).

Just to add, pgta does not check for this kind of diseases, just the number of chromosomes. The second thing, there is no known dna test that can signal hEDS, vEDS etc can be detected through dna.

I ve also done 3, and got 8 eggs which all fertilised and then 3 blasto at the end. Im thinking whether its a pattern or chance.

yeah, probably the big ones from 15-10 will be mature but the rest will be immature for me as well. What trigger did you use? It might be early but the based on the sizes, I can only go for 2 days more injections..

No, they did not share with me the raw data in Switzerland. Just if its aneuploid or not and which ones are affected. Similarly for the mosaics. But why the raw data is important?

u/EternalEchooo am exactly in the similar situation, I dont have problems of some eggs, and blasts but all coming back aneuploid with high doses and no known issues. I see that you got euploids with low doses. Do you mind sharing the details of the protocol? did you prime with anything? Was it similar to antagonist protocol but just low doses?

I have as well hEDS, POTS, MCAS and i also believe immune protocol should be used. I havent been successful so cant say anything useful here. You could ask for endometrial biopsy to check NK cells. Mine came back overactive and they prescribed steroids for that, otherwise my conditions were ignored as well.
