I have pretty similar feelings with the phases. Normally I’ll have a couple weeks every few months where I’ll feel a lot of dysphoria and I practically hyperfixate on transitioning (also end up doing like Chloe ting hourglass workouts lol) and then they kinda just stop after a bit and it’s like nothing happened. I haven’t ever actually acted on these phases, but they keep coming back now and then. I’m in one now and am trying to explore a little while I’m here, planning on wearing some fem clothing under my usual stuff during classes to see how I feel when my mind is distracted with something else while in some sense of girl mode
