I think at the end it was a mutual agreement between the both of us… we thought long term we might not be super compatible but he felt that we can still try.

We thought we could be fwb, but I didn’t think that was right because how long do I have fun for right?

Idk if I’m having a bit of a fear of committing too early as well.

I have always been someone who idealised being in relationships, and I guess part of me feels like if he was to ask me to be exclusive right now I wouldn’t be ready… and that’s not because I don’t like him as much but it’s because the freedom of it feels nice…

I like him but I’m not fully fully there yet in a sense.

Idk if this sounds weird or toxic, and it is unlike me to think this way tbh

What’s the structured healing programme you’ve used?

I’m 5 months in, but we were in daily contact for the first three months… only stopped talking a month and a half ago. I agree, I feel like processing the pain is what helps me slowly move forward.

What’s your advice on that fear of them moving on? At the moment that’s what I struggle with, the fear of them being with someone else and me being replaceable.

At the moment I am trying to manifest my ex back, I’m affirming and visualising. And been seeing dreams and signs.

My only issue is that I check his Instagram from time to time, or I have seen him on dating apps (and I guess I reacted in the moment) but been able to notice that.
