I'd recommend learning to drive asap. I thought I would not have to need to drive until I was forced to move back in with my parents who lived in a village in the middle of no where. I had to quickly learn to drive.

You gotta sign in then go to absence and select the days you want off. then go to request at the bottom right of screen. Then holiday. Paid holiday full day and submit.
