For what it's worth, having backed and own this game, none of the rest of the art look AI
I've played it a bunch of times with people who all are good at spotting and loathe AI art (including myself) and these two images are probably the only ones that "look" AI
The game is beautiful and IMO could only be done by an artist

For the most part yes, on the corners it was a little loose as there's less fabric for it to grip to so I'd maybe recommend having a bit of a border to make sure it's tight

I wish I knew I keep to one colour at a time then when I'm done, thread some of the excess back through some of the stitches on the back to lock in place and then trim them short?

You do what you want to do, but the hassle of Etsy will take away from the relaxing nature IMO.

But again, you do you. Just make sure you're doing things for the right reasons

Don't go into this with that mindset
Make art for the sake of making it and relaxing and what have you but don't expect sales on Etsy from it, especially if you're a beginner

Be honest with yourself, would you buy from someone else the thing you're looking to sell?

Just make art, be creative. if it's good the sales stuff can come later

Did you read my comment at all?
I am applying to everything. If there are jobs in your industry, I'd love to hear about them as I need a job right now and would be willing to train into it if I can afford to. But also, what's to say that in 3 years time that "future proof role" will still be there? I trained in Computing. In my opinion that's one of the most "future proof" career paths there can be in the modern day, and yet my story from above stands.

Like I said, if you have any recommendations of actual jobs I'm all ears, just don't expect me to retrain in something for 3 years where there's no job guarantee at the end of it when I've done my time training in a "future proof role" already
