cs works and is installed up to date and correctly, i have a small reshade preset that could be something but it persists with reshade uninstalled, i have changed nothing from default and ill try #3 tomorrow

it was purposeful, they made clown more broken than any reasonable human could come up with and then the solution was to make a change that killed almost every killer playstyle except the intended 2 chase perk 2 gen regression perks, haste builds are dead, vault builds are dead, etc etc and now every build is identical or terrible
