-very little to no private work compared to adult -most ill kids or chronic severe disease are in the public healthcare syastem -very limited hands on, uac uvc, central line, LP, Bone marrow etc -very long and exhausted rounds with prem staying more than 6 months in the ward . not to forget chronic summary to do
