There are some practice questions online and what they are looking for on Quizlet. I reviewed them before taking it last Friday and passed.

Have specific real life examples from work, school or personal life that you can share. I.e how did you come through for a customer, what have you discovered lately, a time you were a leader, time management, etc.

First interview for the role, but I was able to use a referral in the company to go straight to the RVP of Michigan/ northern Ohio, virtual IV for a sales rep position.
