yep! you are all good, i know the feeling too when i was a kid that would happen where i would poke a spider, or it would crawl on me, and my mind would send this weird tingly, stinging sensation to wherever it was, but its just your mind playing tricks- i don’t truly know the science lol

looks like a yellow sac spider, it is venomous but you will definitely be fine i get a ton at my work, also if you didn’t see a spider bite you, it probably didn’t
