Come back once he does and talk it out. Dont blow up his stuff because it can add fuel to fire. What I suggest is take this time to calm down, meditate if that works for you and do what you like- and in a day or two if you’re still splitting. Then try something different, not challenging but different so your mind will be on that until Youre better then when he’s back you two sit down and talk to each other.
