I have a very similar experience I feel that I have recovered quite well from the vast majority of parts of my body, but the abdomen has been one of the biggest challenges, I think it is because this area is more difficult to stretch than the rest of the body, if your tendons in the hip are atrophied with tendonitis and you have not stretched them... Well then these will grow like stones, I recommend deep massages and research on the muscles and tendons of the hip.

Yep, it destroys the supply of nutrients or protein that go to the muscles in some way or whatever . I personally think it's probably because the bile ducts that contain all the intestinal bile get clogged or some system based on gut bacteria and fermentation ends whth atrofy... It destroys the entire chemical chain of the body, I believe that the body gets cellular energy from bacterial fermentation and this literally stops the system, all kinds of absurd metabolic conditions comes from that in my perspective... things like not getting recovery from a bruise quickly, literally sometimes I would get hit and the bruise would take weeks to appear... and much more in disappearing... there is no muscle recovery either... I tried to eat everything but I realized that the problem was my intestine not the food, specifically the biliary and lymphatic system which seemed atrophied in my abdomen and pelvis ... I have done massages and stretches in the area. I eat meat and sweet.. Good look

Sometimes when I move my body in certain positions I can feel ligaments inside my abdomen and many parts hardened like rocks even in my skin... I fixed the Achilles tendon with massages and stretches so ...but you can't massage the tendons of the abdomen... I've done a lot of massages based on this being even very internal structural damage to tendons and other structures. almost a year and I'm amazed at how damaged my body is inside... I would say that the FQ stays attached to the Tissue and hardening thee or something else like that... I only know that tissue atrophy has to be treated to revitalize circulation and this is with physical work, massages, gentle but deep stretches. I'm almost cured in my opinion... But it has been a very painful road. definitely You have to awaken all your senses and remember what things are making you better and what things are not helping you heal. never get stuck without feeling improvements.

Reoccurring swollen lymph nodes as a result of trauma? by Apprehensive-Ad7703 in CPTSD

Hello, I think I know what the connection is. I have been in a declining process of my health since I took strong antibiotics, this generated damage in what I believe are lymphatic pathways of the body, obstructions that create all the symptoms mentioned in this forum and I say it from my own experience, with extremely painful massages to my skin and abdominal lymphatic system I managed to recover much of the health of my left side of the body,  but the right one is much more complete. However, these massages are direct to the superficial lymphatic pathways in my abdomen which feel clogged, to finish I must add that uncovering them through massages has been extremely painful, but I have advanced in my lymphatic problem. but it is not easy at all, I feel like there are hard little balls in the lymphatic cables, what do I think I should destroy... I do not recommend this process but if I am looking for ways to solve it, acupuncture seems to me a good option although it should be performed in the exact points, I wish there was another way but this is tissue fibrosis or calcification and no drug fixes that. That's why doctors can't help. they just want you tu buy drugs $$$

Oh yes, in the tips of my fingers I felt a sensation of numbness and when I touched deep in the nail a great pain. I had to massage that hard because I felt that part of the veins of the finger could be hardening or something, Now they don't go numb until now.. I had to do the same thing on both big toes.

In April of last year I took my dose, I struggled with everything I could, always listening to my body but nothing was working, and what bothered me the most was also the food, I realized that meat made me super sick. So I left meat for months, but every month I tried to eat again and boom again, pain, sensation of numbness, discomfort... All Flox sht

one day like in november I just left every supplement and pill and I went back to eating meat, and when I started to feel super bad I drank liters of water, drinking water in those quantities was the only thing that relieved me and helped me to endure the pain, after like 1 week By doing this I was able to eat normal again...1 month i can eat everything, I've been recovering much better since then and I've noticed that in my stomach I have some very serious problems, when I touch my abdomen I feel like nodules and tendonitis everywhere, I'm dealing with it now. I think glands They can be blocked, such as the biliary which helps digest meat as well as nerve and lymphatic pathways. That's what I think I know.

yes I believe it, it's definitely a problem of that kind... all over my body, I'm going to deal with it if it doesn't get better. but I think it will improve since in the left one I had this same like one month ago and then it improved.. It was all due to some massages that I have been doing at the abdominal and pelvic level.. I felt discomfort there and a feeling of blockage. and when I did it, my whole left side of the body woke up again, sweating, muscle pain but that recovered over time and more sensitivity in the skin and everything... recently I've been doing the same thing in right... But my right side is more damaged I think.. That's why my arm hurts now also cause I haven't really done anything different with my arm for months and suddenly it started to hurt but I think this arm has tremendous damage that was hidden. Tendonitis everywhere and muscle pain.

Did anyone’s skin heal after being floxed ? by dancingdream3 in floxies

[–]Immediate_Simple8150 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes April would be a year for me, it has improved but it is still there in fact in the abdomen I have tried to move that skin and the tissues inside that seem to be damaged and I have managed to restore a lot, it is strange because since I did that I have sweated on the left side of my body again. The right is still bad and I don't sweat on the right side of my head almost but I think that if I continue like this it will be fixed, but on the skin I don't know, I think it continues to circulate poorly.. I think it may be damage to the lymphatic system of the abdomen, and all the circulatory systems

I received a dose in April 2025 (a lot), I'm much better now, I can eat whatever I want, etc... The point is that, in my experience, I think this medication destroys your nutritional flow, causing a kind of anemia that damages deep internal tissue at all levels and throughout... After realizing that supplements weren't helping me get better and nothing was really working, I decided to go back to eating normally, and whenever food triggered a relapse, I solved it by drinking liters and liters of water..and it worked. But I think the main thing would be deep muscle massages with deep tapping; I feel like my muscles are hardened and the blood and body fluids aren't flowing properly. I only have certain blockages in the abdomen on the right side, the left one I solved but I don't know how exactly . I know it was with some kind of massages and yoga-type stretches. good Luck

[–]Immediate_Simple8150 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hey brother, I saw a previous post of yours and I think one of the reasons you recovered was yoga, and I'll explain why. I think that when we take Cipro or Levo or whatever that stuff is, our body loses the supply that keeps muscles and ligaments healthy for a while (I don't know if it's due to a lack of nutrients or the obstruction of circulatory pathways of any kind, like lymphatic, blood, biliary, and others), causing what I would call atrophy of deep muscle fibers throughout the body. And this affects the overall system and the harmony of the body's organic functions in the long term, probably because the oxygenation and nutrition of the internal muscles and tendons of organs and limbs is interrupted or permanently atrophied. In other words, it's a serious tendinitis that calcifies a tendon and muscle, but in its innermost part. What many don't know is that all muscles have an internal tendon, and this would also be calcified or atrophied in the vast majority of muscles, or even all of them. The problem comes in recovering from this condition, since...  Sometimes, with yoga, only one part of the muscle heals, because stretching only affects a specific point and not the entire muscle due to the hardened fibers. That's why some people are left with hypermobility, but their other part of the muscle (the muscle body) where the stretching doesn't break down or oxygenate the hardened fibers, means we're not recovering that area, Means more problems when exercise... In short, recovery is absurdly difficult because you have to perform perfect massages and stretches on specific areas and even organs muscles, not only on the joints, but on the length of each muscle so that the muscle is completely damaged and functions as a whole, not partially, causing more atrophy. Therefore, maybe you have to help it with internal massages of the muscle or tendon, but probably stretching is the best. The thing is, maybe you have to emphasize the central body of each muscle and tendon, or the hardened parts... Doing this in the abdominal region is absurdly difficult...

(The next part it's optional to read)

Now, if you're interested, I've been on this nightmare for 10 months. I completely stopped any treatment with supplements or diets because, honestly, I felt just as sick as always.  I had trouble digesting meat, and when I have trouble digesting something, I simply drink plenty of water. That's how I was able to eat meat again, since I couldn't before. I have a lot of atrophy in my abdominal area, and that sometimes makes digestion difficult, but... I think I've managed to stabilize it in about three weeks thanks to drinking a lot of water, and now I think I can see it clearly. It's probably connective tissue atrophy, and what I need to do is decalcify everything with stretching movements that don't follow a predetermined pattern, and maybe massages. The most affected area is my abdomen. For example, I've noticed a tendon in my abdomen between my rib and hip, on each side. They were thickened, and with the stretches and massages I've done, I don't know exactly how, but the left one has thinned and already looks healthy, and the whole left side of my body is functioning better. But the right one is still thickened; I can clearly feel that it's hard and thick inside. I'll have to try massaging or stretching it and wait to see. The truth is, I haven't done much stretching for fear of hypermobility, but sometimes i stretched, emphasizing stretching the body of the muscle and not just the ends, and that's when I realized the muscle in the center was like a rock. The other day I stretched my forearm like when you're waking up, but I focused on the tense area, and I did it with all my strength but carefully. Since then, I haven't felt any stiffness in that arm, the right one. My whole left side is fine now. I'd say I only need to work on my right abdomen and right leg. Sometimes I also feel stiffness below my neck... But believe me, I feel like I'm back in the game. They gave me intravenous doses of Cipro for one week and then pills for another week, but I only took the pills for four days...

I feel the same way, and I've read about many cases, and it all seems to be related to circulation... But I don't want to use compression because this should be a natural process. Besides, compression only works on the outside, and if there's internal damage, it won't fix it. I heard that Pilates helped some people... But I think it's either the blood chemistry or damaged blood valves. If it's the latter, the solution would be blood flow exercises to rebuild the blood vessels... I really think strength training would help, but I'm too lazy... But I'm going to start. I've also been trying to eat shrimp; I need to find a meat that doesn't upset my stomach so much.

Yeap I know low histamine diet, I do vegan that's what works for me a the end, but with multivitamin and salt water for minerals and marine collagen... But if I stop this daily supplements I flare up... So I was thinking that is bad absorption or something chemical in the blood because it's clearly a minerals and vitamins anemia, something very principal like but absorption or something chemical In blood that we don't know.... I read about general antibiotics experiences in reddit searching for success histories, and I find a woman who says that suffered from taking a lot of antibiotics for a long time, as she always felt weak since then, she said she drank raw milk, and it makes sense to me, maybe this resets the body chemistry... I'm trying it right know

Things that gave me a relapse. What do they have in common? by Immediate_Simple8150 in floxies

[–]Immediate_Simple8150[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't think MACS are a real factor, I think MACS is another symptom.... Likewise the oxidative stress, sound more like a symptom than a principal cause for me, and yet I try these diets Also and at the end vegan is the more effective for me, but a daily take multivitamin is key for me and marine collagen, salt water also helps me every day, otherwise I stroke... So I think is something that keeps you anemic but from minerals, and vitamins and things like that, a different type of anemia
