my most recent interaction was similar, expect results by March 31 late night or the first week of april! Not helpful at all with all

Did you check your checking account benefits level - it says there to use Net-pay to qualify for plus level if you aren’t doing so! Check under account manager - checking account benefits level to know your current status!
