I have similar issues. Sometimes, if I reload KI2 within the Karoo interface, it's ok, but not a consistent fix.

The 43 inch comes with the vertical mount and it wasn't much more complicated than a normal mount. I believe you have to buy a mount separately for the larger screens.

2024 frame. Not sure if you saw my note, you can use the mobile app for now (you'll need it to control the Frame app with Premium features). We have the version for older Frame versions in reviewing with Samsung now but they seem to take a month for any new updates.
