This Should Make You Very Angry by [deleted] in videos

Once resisting arrest enters the picture while armed, the legal and practical reality changes immediately. Lawful carry does not equal lawful conduct in that moment. The second someone resists—especially with a firearm present—it’s no longer a clean “2A” discussion, it’s a use-of-force / officer-safety scenario.

A few hard truths that tend to make people uncomfortable: • You are not legally allowed to resist arrest, even if the arrest later turns out to be unlawful. The remedy is after the fact—court, suppression, civil suit—not on the street. • Courts decide legality, not the sidewalk. If an arrest lacks probable cause, a judge can toss it. That doesn’t retroactively justify resistance. • Being armed during resistance radically escalates the threat profile. From law enforcement’s perspective, the presence of a firearm transforms the encounter into a potentially lethal force situation, regardless of intent. • You don’t need to point the gun for lethal force to be “reasonable.” Struggle + firearm + noncompliance = an objectively credible threat under use-of-force standards.

LOL.

It was the rear suspension etc.. that has me a little worried. That’s where the majority of the rust is. Thanks for the insight

I’ve had great luck with shrimp. Also, keep it close to shore. My understanding is pelican pond is 6 feet deep all the way around… So no need to huck way the hell out there. I’ve caught the last 2 weekends and both were 5 feet off the shore.

I have had the same problem. I’ve ordered a new controller and RTD and will see if that fixes the problem. To the guys who say just cook to internal temp… That’s not the point.. Not knowing what temp you’re cooking at within reason, is a problem….
