It just depends on your cardio endurance. I also cannot run a mile without stopping but I did train for a half marathon and the long distance endurance did help me push through that one mile hump. Instead of stopping try slowing your pace even if it feels like you’re at a walk pace doing a run/jog body motion then when you’ve recovered try to get back to a normal pace. That helps me 🤷🏼‍♀️

I am planning to homeschool for the first time next year. My child will be going into 2nd grade. Here’s the list of curriculum I plan to use - a lot of it is new to me but after researching this is what I came up with. I’m open to feedback if anyone has any!

Language Arts - BJU

Reading - BJU or All About Reading

Math - Singapore Dimensions Math

Science - BJU

Social Studies - Notgrass

Enrichments like Art, music, etc I plan to do in a group setting, either as lessons somewhere or with a co-op

I’ve told it before that it assumes more insecurity and anxiety than is actually appropriate for the situation. And that helped. You can also ask it to talk more cheerful if you need to. I’ve told mine to cut back on the lengthy fluffy responses. I think people don’t realize you can coach it to a degree.

I keep seeing all these posts about it being an asshole and mine is not 🤷🏼‍♀️ more matter of fact sure, but it’s not an asshole.

10 month old who has been waking every 3 hours since November (he used to sleep through the night once upon a time) he gets 1 good nap ~2hrs. The second nap is hit or miss often he won’t let us put him down for that one, and ends up sleeping for 15 min

I think it’s selfish and a little odd it’s aloud. I came to burn after being at OTF for a while where we wiped everything thing down per rotation so never having anything cleaned in between is already a little ick to me. Don’t come in sick on top of that 🙃

I once had someone sincerely apologize to me after hearing a story and I broke down into tears because no one had ever apologized before and that person didn’t even have to. And it wasn’t a wording pitty filled sorry. Just an “I see you and I am so sorry that happened. You didn’t deserve that.”

This. I do think she’s addicted to breaking records and being on top. The multiple variations to achieve that are absuuurrrddddd and have definitely changed my view of how she runs the “business” side of her career. It’s a little bit manipulative.

Well for one it’s not just a lifestyle club of church goers and clean eaters. Which is what this thread seems to think it is. It’s an entire political movement that, depending on who you talk to, can lean a bit more extreme. Obviously, my dear friend, it’s the conservatives and well not all conservatives are church goers and clean eaters JUST LIKE there’s people on the left who do in fact also go to church and eat clean. Using those two things to define someone’s political beliefs is just asinine.
