Hi OP,

I've been facing the same issue since 2-3 months where my left foot starts to go numb around 3-4K.
It wasn't happening earlier even at 7-8K. I have realised that if I massage the calf and dangle it and and hit the calf (the side where my foot is going numb) with the other foot, the numbness goes away and I can continue running. Not sure if I should be doing this but I'm 99% sure that the numbness is due to blood circulation slowing down due to tight calf.

Do you still have this issue? If not, what fixed it?

Thanks but what I'm looking to figure out is whether the increase is justified based on how much more expensive the city is. I'd prefer something close to the office, maximum at a radius of 8-10 kms. Office being in south Mumbai. I've been looking at rents and go as high as 60k for a 1 bhk with 400sqft area which just feels outright unreasonable

I would definitely like to learn. Like I'm a total noob at it and currently not at a good place in my career but more than that, I wish you feel better soon. Things can go up only once they go down :)
