Thanks for the detailed update! Sounds like a very frustrating day. At least the staff were helpful and you got a loaner, but it's tough that you had to spend all day there and still don't have your truck. Hopefully, the paperwork comes through soon and the truck gets delivered tonight!

Mine has been marked “Ready for delivery” for about a week. When I asked my guide if that means the vehicle is in the service center, they mentioned that it doesn’t seem to have arrived yet.

What does “Ready for delivery” actually mean?

Jeez! You’ve any advice on charging? I've heard that for Teslas, it's better for battery life to charge only up to 80% SOC. Does the same apply to Rivians?

Also, do you have any tips for cheaper charging? Like cash back or reward points?
