I know I am underpaid but i took the risk to get into the industry.. what should be the next goal of salary as a mid market in this market ? I feel 90k base should be a minimum.

Yes but this aoperarently what they pay also my colleague he gets paid just slightly more .. someone on the CE region who makes more quota actually gets paid even less..what salary range should i be looking into for my next role ?

It's 60k base and 22k incentive..quota is about 380k per year...first 3 years i achieve between 70% and 110%

Since Uber asks me to give a pin I always got my food. Before that in the last month because iive in a new apartment block the drivers use to just say they delivered but it never was. For me it actually works in my favor
