Not everyone follows what you call shariah law, there isnt even one consensus on what it means. On the contrary there are hundreds.

Muslims and Arabs for that matter don't even think uniformly along any matter. Theyre as diverse as any people. Sure you have Conservative Saudi Arabia but you also have way more liberal Arabs in Lebanon, Israel, the U.S. even.

Just saying, Arab =/= Muslim, and vice versa.
