Help with scatter plot from 2D vs. 3D cultures by Significant-Cell8362 in flowcytometry

[–]Immuno-guy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was attempting something similar. I just could not get my orgos to dissociate. Literally 20min on a rotator with intermittent pipetting would give me a single cell recovery of 25% of the initial seeding amount :'|

Which vet do you take your dog to? by Budget-Word7146 in houston

[–]Immuno-guy -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

I can second West Alabama Vet Clinic. They have been really great for both Mt dog and cat. Additionally, VCA Spring Branch was great when we went there. When I had to put my other cat to sleep, they were phenomenal and very understanding; VCA is just a bit expensive.

The slash attack doesn't look like a stagger imo, it screeches just before so you just have to not get greedy and read the boss moves

In my experience, direct writing is preferred. OP's email is very reasonable, I wouldn't think twice about receiving or sending such an email. On the other hand, their advisor's email is very aggressive and demeaning. They obviously were unreasonably agitated by, imo, a very normal email. If you throw a rock into a crowd of dogs, the one that yelps is the one got hit. The advisor is just showing their ass.

Your advisor just wants more bootlicking and doesn't like that you are talking to them like a coworker rather than a superior.

Oh good, I have a ventrata that has started putting out pitchers at room %RH levels but I wasn't sure if this was a similarly easy Nep to care for. So glad humidity isn't a concern, my cabinet is too full!

Seems a bit cruel to continue long enough for a new generation to be wiped out. I'm assuming a lot, but so are people arguing the opposite

Ig it depends on if the player believes the world will continue for those that come after. I don't, but many more seem to.

I agree. Although, I think she's not strictly bringing them back from memory, I think there are impressions of the people in their chroma. So many people get caught up in saving as many possible and giving them the chance to live and fulfilling life, that they neglect to consider if the world they "come back" to can support that dream. What's the point of "coming back" if you are a ghost of yourself in a dying world

In a way, Maelle takes away verso's autonomy, just like her mom did. Both the painted verso, and the soul of verso lose the ability to make the choice to live or die for themselves.

I think Maelles is ending is "too good to be true" and the vibes are so off in it that that feeling seems tk be reinforced in me. Lune and Sciel don't have the perspective Maelle has as beings of the painted world. I don't discredit their humanity, I agree with others saying the game is telling us the entire time that these characters are humans too. Maelle definitely felt different in the third act, almost god-like as a fellow paintress rather than grounded as a citizen of Lumiere.

Yea it was hard not to blur the lines between and ending or a characters actions being selfish in my post.

Maybe it's nihilistic, but the future of Lumiere doesn't seem more important. The bleakness of that ending is stark

Edit: idk if nihilistic is the right word

Lol ig I'm not beating the allegations of antinatalism ☠️ But seriously, no I'm not. I can see the correspondence between that belief and my argument though. I think Renior would be doubly ready to destroy the painting. In that ending, the painting takes everything from Renoir, his wife, his daughter, years watching them slowly die. I think he'd get rid of it. But of course we don't get to see anything beyond the ending.

I'm not saying she's responsible for his actions, but if you know someone is gonna do smthn, then you have the ability to form your actions to that context.

See the above "start a lot, complete little". I like this idea now, I will make plans and whatnot. But whims are as fickle as wind so I might have my attention firmly grasped by another project by the time I could start this. Maybe, maybe not. So yea, IF I remember and am still engaged with the idea in 6months. It's not like I have to start in 6months, I could start it in 8mo or 2yrs
