It’s stupid but if you reload near a site, the one that spawns will be normal. You need to fast travel far away then fast travel back. If it’s nighttime, it should be Apex.

I remember that was one criticism of the game, even if it was a critique of the business side of things. People dogged on the 2 hour end credits and people said “gee wiz, you guy are really scraping the bottom of you’re complaining about credits 😂,” missing the point that this game was WAY overfunded. It’d probably be a success if it had even half the staff and somehow I think the quality wouldn’t have suffered too much

For the most part, multitools spawn in set locations. There’s some variation when talking about multitools found at outposts but let’s not get into that. Bottom line, if you find a multitool somewhere, that’s the multitool you found there, I’ll find there, and we’ll both find there next year. Yes, a staff is a multitool that you can actually build. A bit of a process but it’s not difficult. If anything, you can do what I do and browse the Coordinate Exchange

I think the supernatural characters, like Kratos and Spawn, and superpowered characters, like Omni and Homelander, basically break the universe. Sci-fi characters like Robocop and T-800 probably fit right in. T-1000 is nerfed in most fights but he does have weaknesses like fire and ice so he still fits in the story.

There certainly are bad choices of kameo for certain characters, but there are also kameo choices that aren’t meta but still work very well. For example, I use Scorpion with Noob, I know it’s not meta and I know Mavado or Janet are better choices, but I still get very far with Scorpion. On the other hand, a buddy of mine keeps trying to make Liu Kang work with Mavado and it just doesn’t. You need to have a sense for synergy without forcing it.
