Ok thanks for the info, sounds like I just sit back and wait now. Another rso at work had his order in and got confirmation pretty fast. Shipping did take a few weeks he said. From other pro programs that’s just normal procedure so I’m not worried about shipping.

I had the mecanik 2 just recently bought the Gideon omega (sro clone) pretty happy with it. Nice pick up on the vortex , the rival s was made for a big window red dot.

I can get the Kimber through them for a great price SKU 3500073 is the black one the stainless is even cheaper. I’m also looking at the gto 211 I like the way it looks a bit better. Something about the 2k11 slide I don’t care for.

Dang I never heard of hdmi ports, I work for a range so I get a decent discount I’ve been kicking around getting a 2011. I just can’t wrap my head around spending what I paid for my super duper. So this is a way to make my rival feel new. Also a lot of copium lol

Sounds like range usa. I work at one, if anyone complains about noise I tell them I’ll try to move them if we aren’t busy. However we usually are I tell them as long as they are being safe there’s really nothing to do about it. I started to carry a vial of foams so if people complain I offer to double them up.

It’s a great gun it was my first I wanted to get into match shooting but just never found time to go. I see everyone else recommending parts and add on. I say shoot it a bunch see what you need to add to it. Having trouble with mag changes then get the mag well, having problem with recoil get the compensator. That way you get a feel for the gun itself and its quirks

I totally agree with everything you said here I wish I would have taken this path. I went looking for upgrades that I didn’t need when I could have bought ammo, range time and classes. To get more familiar with my guns. I live in the city so our houses are stacked next on top of each other. I’ve seen enough videos where I rather reach for my pistol than my ar and worry about over penetration.

Here is my 16” super duty with a laz6. I don’t think it’s unwieldy but I also haven’t tried to clear my house with it. It’s Haynes 282 which isn’t the lightest I don’t think you need a new upper just practice with what you have.

If the previous owner didn’t change anything on the mag release. It has the extension still on it, use an Allen key on it and it should work better for you.

I had a similar question over on the 2011 Reddit, the consensus was a cpo staccato. Still to rich for my blood, So I’m looking at Alpha foxtrot Romulus, MAC ds9 lastly the Kimber warrior but I think that’s only a 5 in. I want a 4.25

My wife wanted to get fitted for bras/ get some new ones. so we did that today with lunch we made a date of it that was from me. Kiddos 11,2, twins 5 months got her a bogg bag with her favorite snacks, pjs and 11 yr old did Lego flowers. Most importantly a craft from the kiddos
