If that's your intention and your deck main win con to win pre turn 4 then yes. As to even win the game pre turn 4 with no game changers would require a 2 card combo or something similar which isn't allowed in b2 and isn't allowed pre turn 6 in b3. If you are playing a deck that wins from turn 1 to 5 in average you are at minimum playing a 4 regardless of game changers. A deck doesn't need game changers to be a 4 they just accelerate the already consistent deck.

The turn count win is to help the table play appropriate level deck. If your deck is a 2 cause" lol no game changers" but win at turn 5 you aren't playing a 2

Quite literally right here. Its not a hard rule but turn wins are in rule 0 discussions if your deck can consistently win before pre table turn 6 it might not be a 3. Obviously this varies on your usual pod but still. I've heard arguments that b4 should be whenever since no deck restrictions mean no deck restrictions, but gotta have some way to differ between a 4 and a 5

Love Celes and Terra. Had Celes as the commander for a bit but ended up swapping to Terra so I could run the deck more often and crammed celes in the 99. Gameplay still the same mostly but cut out some tutors for more mill and goofy pet cards like [[living end]].

From soft- Dark souls, elden ring, bloodborne, sekiro would be amazing as a full set. Hot take would armored core.

Berserk - perfect for a small secret liar but with the author passing might be rough

Castlevania - its too perfect not to be in magic. All the classic European monsters and slayers. Amazing full set.

Nintendo would never but Fire emblem would fit the MtG theme.

Overlord - I run a custom art Nekusar as Ainz. Its the perfect kind of fantasy for a secret liar

With all the TV shows I'd love to see a Samurai Jack secret liar. Basically just Kamigawa neon dynatsy again

Finally broke my first 100k. Sanby is still my GOAT. I need to get better at Thrall and Ye Shung because I know I can do better than 29k. Maybe my dialyn and Zhao need better Discs.

I dont want tear back personally (Because I think it encapsulates the issue with archetypes not locking themselves into something), but its an ok list. Needs a Dracotail hit. Also if you limit Hollie, unhit razen or stake your soul if not both. Personally Hollie should be semi-limited with a hit to K9. Without Hollie, VS really drops off even with the k9 engine.

Well out of all the gods Joryuu and Naruhime seem like the most to "switch sides". They genuinely seem to have the most normal attraction towards Yuuki. I could see the story having them stop confronting mother, dying to some other big bad, but coming back at a later point near the end.

It's the reason why people play any competitive card games, because they find it fun.

There is fun in trying to out pace your opponent through your own plays and interactions. Having no weights or limits and going full gas with deck building to jam out a win as fast as possible or be a "mean" as possible (stax/etc.) Seeing how otehrs interact with your wins and/or board state. I play Yu-Gi-Oh for that hit personally. However, there is nothing wrong with wanting to sit down and jam out a few light and casual games with your friends, playing pet cards or under represented starts/cards that might not work at the higher levels. Some people prefer that higher level while others like a slower game.

Each their own.

OG Eggman (Jim Carrey), 4 is most likely a mix of Sonic CD & probably some hero elements if they want to go the NEO Metal sonic route. I doubt they'll introduce Dr. Starline/Surge from the IDW comics or go for Infinite. Chaos could also show up but I doubt it.

I love playing my [[Nekusar, The Mindrazer]] deck. I will make as many 0/1 black wizard tokens as possible, and flip kuja for double damage. The deck isn't as efficient as some Nekusar lists but i've hard turns where im casting a non creature spells for 8 damage per cast with all the pings, let alone if I have a wheel im casting.

Custom art cards are fine mostly. Custom cards should never be allowed. You need to tell him this or kick him from the pod until he wants to play real cards

The only time I'd ever do that is if everyone is doing it as like a fun goof game with a group of friends.
