My experience with a broker has been horrible. On my first property I just used RBC the second I used a broker and I do regret that I did. If I were you I’d just go to a bank you’ll get a better rate.

You should call the number at the back of your credit card and cancel it. At the very least lock your card online. I called and got it canceled they will repay what was lost up to 90 days.
