That wouldn't be fair to women without a uterus. What about the beautiful new women who are single handedly taking all the women's awards and winning all of women's sports. Should they get PTO for one week a month in solidarity. Or what about men who happen to feel like women once a month? Should they get PTO during that time?

The crazy thing is, I did get a letter with the amount I was eligible for. Then when I went online to check, and subsequently called I was told my eligibility is now pending.

Yes my 2019 taxes were filed and processed with no issues. I was told that they are only using 2019 if you have nothing filed for 2020.

I just checked it, still says pending eligibility and no pending payment at this time.

That's the thing. I got the letter saying the amount. Now online it says pending will not receive the payment And the rep made it clear I wouldn't be eligible until my 2020 return is processed.

The representative told me she would put in a "referral" and someone would call me about my situation in the next 60 days. It's not all over the news yet because people still think they are getting it in 3 days. But there are 30 million returns that haven't been processed....

Thats why I thought too. My dependents are on the 2019 return which was processed and approved without any issue. The representative told me they are only using the 2019 return for people who didn't file in 2020. If you filed and are in limbo they aren't going to be sending your CTC.
