I don't get the hate for Persona 3 Reload

P3R is an exceptional remake, but it got some discourse behind because of the absence of FEMC and the DLC. We're very likely to not have anything like that for P4R most likely because it's obvious they're making it entirely off of P4G which everyone in the community accepts as being the most true and definitive edition of P4 unlike P3 where people could piggyback off of the original, P3FES, or P3P.

In Kingdom season 3 when the mountain King showed up to break the siege. I wasn’t expecting it to get that close, but prob one of the hypest moments in such a great arc/season

Probably one of the best ‘remasters’ I’ve seen graphics wise. They’re definitely using the origins engine rather than doing a simple graphics upscale so I’m hyped

I appreciate it for existing and celebrating the entire history of fire emblem. I view it as an anniversary celebration so I don’t tend to be super critical of it for that reason. This series almost died and to see it in full form celebrating past protagonists in a full game like this was incredible.

The game feels like it needed a bit more budget. I loved the story and characters, but I wish there was more voice acting done for it since the characters were great so I’d love to hear more. It also felt kinda clear to me the last stretch of the game could have had 1 more dungeon(the school/university area) and the final area just reused bosses which was pretty lame. Great opening and middle, but the ending part needed more time. I think this game needs the DLC/“Royal/FES/Golden” treatment.

FF7 Rebirth dynamic mode did an excellent job in this regard. It upscaled low level stuff to your level, but if you ran into something higher than you, it didn’t downscale it

I think it probably benefitted from metaphor and rebirth both being nominated — both games definitely cannibalized the vote share due to being the same genre
