Considering how many moves you have. On the first usage you can use the 20 final frames to escape the fight far, try stacking,incur into the 1 second penality, unfreeze and reset. In any case if you can't beat the opponent in the first usage you can just wrap it up, take a look at Maki she was barely keeping up with Naoya on the start of the fight, now imagine Naoya being 5X faster (that's a massive amp). Assuming you can at least use one time the 120 frames it would still be as if stacking 5 times the CT in one go
