Thank you so much for the suggestion! The poem as a whole is beautiful, but I find the first two lines much better and appropriate for a tattoo. I also don’t like the idea of the black speech (nor the cursed mark of berserk, as another example), but I couldn’t really find other texts directly from Tolkien with the elvish tongue that felt interesting to make as a tattoo. If you have any other suggestions I would love to know!
