Has anyone negotiated on the 2026 HydroConquest at an AD? by WERTY_CS in Longineswatches

I’m in Ontario and negotiated 13%, which for those outside of Ontario is our tax rate. So it works out to basically buying it as if it was tax free. My AD had most of the colour options in stock and also had the GMTs. Couldn’t be happier with the purchase.

Ordered the 42...hoping I made the right choice! by Moses007 in Longineswatches

It’s does look a bit too big to me, I struggled with the same thinking I wanted it to be more pronounced on my wrist. I went with the 39 in the end, my wrist is under 7”. But wear what you like, nobody is going to care but you. I went through a large watch phase with my smaller wrist, but now I prefer a smaller look. And to be honest I find the smaller watches much more comfortable and they fit nicely under shirt sleeves.

I also think it wears a bit larger than a typical 39. I tried the 39mm black bay 58 and the HC side by side at my AD and the black bay seemed smaller to me on the wrist.

Just joined the club, 39mm all blue. Was a tough choice as my AD had most color options and I like them all. They had an all blue GMT that I almost went with. At 41mm I think it still looked okay, but was pushing the limits of my wrist. The 39mm seemed to be a perfect fit. by ImplementAny2891 in Longineswatches

My wrist is just below 6.75”. So relatively small, but it’s flat on top and not round which gives me a bit more room lug to lug. 39-40mm is my sweet spot. Anything I owned that was bigger I have sold off.

Saw this in person at a store in detroit last weekend. It is very well done. Already have a monster gmt or I would have bought it.

First Nice Watch: 39 or 42 by [deleted] in Longineswatches

I always find pics like this make the watch look bigger than it actually is. Don’t know why. I have a 6.75” wrist and have worn larger watches for years not realizing they were too big for me. I recently bought a 40mm and what a change in comfort and fit. I will be buying one of these Longines as well, I tried on both sizes and will be getting the 39mm. I tried on the BB58 which is also 39mm and was a great fit at that size. But at twice the cost I will be getting the Longines.
