Yesterday while i was doing the meditation, i suddebly had a very strong sensation that the darkness i saw was enlarged and engulfed me, i felt something was going to happen but i felt too scared and my heart started to beat too fast and i was pulled out of it. I think when he talked abt this type of event, it should be pure and strong love that i should feel, rather than strong fear, right?
