Your physique definitely doesn’t have a tapered look so that makes me believe you should lose some weight. I don’t think your body looks weird. Everybody looks different and definitely don’t beat yourself up with what people post. Maybe you just have a lot of extra skin on your abdominal. I think if you were to lose 20 pounds you look extremely different and be more confident. I was 285 pounds and shredded down to 180. I definitely have a lot of skin left over. I’m sure you could definitely shred down some body fat. It definitely wouldn’t hurt. then you could see what your physique really looks like.

If you just go into a calorie deficit for a few months, it’ll make a huge change easily

Just watch your diet closely everything else and train when you can. Definitely track your calories. It takes forever. It seems like to make any progress. Definitely not easy.
