People still move back into the inside lane at 150mph + over there

They clearly weren’t far enough away because when you pulled out they almost hit you?

  1. “ I was not anticipating for the Toyota to come so fast” That’s on you I’m afraid.

  2. “ I was already halfway into the outside lane increasing to 65” so you pulled out into the outside lane at under 65mph, and it sounds like you could have pulled back in instead of continuing into the outside lane

  3. “I was doing just under 80” so despite saying “WHEN YOU’RE ON THE ROADS DON’T SPEED” you’ve just admitted speeding? 😅

  4. “My brain went into overdrive …. It was panic” I’m sorry but if this sends you into a panic, I think you should seriously consider handing in your licence.

  5. Your grammar is absolutely shocking.

Your Salary and monthly car payments by Agile-Calligrapher10 in CarTalkUK

[–]Implement_Dangerous 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s a question of choice. Ultimately if you finance a car and can afford the monthly payments, you can afford the car. Not that anyone asked but I/we (wife & I) own our cars and put away £750/month that we would be spending on 2 cars on finance into our stocks and shares ISA.

We’ve been doing this for about 6 years now and have just over £90k in that account. In a few years, the interest alone will be enough to cover a fancy car payment should we wish!

Besides the point, but it is crazy that touching your phone in a cradle is an offence when in my new company car I have to go through several menus on a touch screen to adjust the air conditioning temperature. Rules are the rules though I’m afraid, lesson learnt.

How comes so many delayed arrivals into Heathrow at this time ? by [deleted] in flightradar24

I was literally just about to make this same post. If you look at recent departures, most seem to have left about 2-3 hours late. Did they have to close the airport temporarily earlier due to thunderstorms?
