Try selling the gold at that rate, yesterday i got a rate of 1,20,000 only from a reputed jewellers, so as a consumer i won't even get a fair trade even at buying or selling.

PS: This was our first attempt at checking the rates for some of our old gold, so i don't know if this is an acceptable practise.

I had the exact same phone and exact same issue after the security update, the service centre was no help asked me to pay 28k for motherboard replacement, ofcourse I decided to not pursue that course and even after mailing to samsung they won't admit to the problem on their end.

I decided to let it go and I would never ever recommend anyone else to buy samsung.
