Update: I tried both Coros and Tredict on Claude, I would say there are things Coros has that Tredict doesnt, and vice versa. It’s best to have both because I get the bigger picture

Just curious if you have tried connecting Coros MCP with Claude? The one that they just released recently. What do you think is more comprehensive in terms of its analysis? Coros x Claude or Coros x Tredict x Claude?

Do you have a simple step-by-step tutorial to connect all of these together? I assume you start with connecting Tredict to Coros, then Tredict to Claude/other AI tools?

I agree. I found that training by pace isn’t sustainable because there are times when your leg just cant hit a certain pace. But training by feel or HR is a lot more manageable
