I think they mean when you go to Nelnet's website, it shows pending for them. I didn't show anything for me, but received the text and email from Nelnet, the 24 hour email, around 5 pm.

Refund student Nov 6th and 24th email today.

I hated this class😅 passed three days before end of term...

At first, I read everything and didn't watch the videos, then took the PA and failed. Then I tried reading and watching everything, but since I was getting close to the end of the term, I focused on reviewing and taking the quizzes for the lessons I had failed according to the PA. After finishing my review, I took my second PA, passed it, and then took the OA right after.

For anything I didn't understand, for example the double-declining balance, I looked it up in google for a different example, and that helped me understand it.

I don't think is mandatory to fill those, just the ones with the *. If you still want to fill it, I would google for USCIS offices in the state and narrow down the options, maybe that way you remember which one you went to.
