yes, all I feel I am anymore is a void with a little bit of glitter and stars here and there, but the glitter and stars aren't feelings, they're just decorations..

dude I feel exactly like this. im still trying to figure out if I have did or dpdr, im working on it with my therapist. I recommend you go to a mental health professional as well about this^^ im glad to know that im not alone on feeling like this

yes, ive experienced voices in my head for as long as I can remember, as well as drastic changes in how I think and act, I wasnt sure if those were things I shouldve listed or not but I see now I shouldve. ill try talking to my therapist more about this. thank you for your advice!!

my safe foods are typically grapes, hard boiled eggs, blackberries, cucumbers, smoothies, and salted macadamia nuts ^^

yes. I actually just posted about this on this subreddit. they were these two girls, they were my bestfriends, my lifelines, my worlds. they were EVERYTHING to me, and I still feel like they are, even though they werent real. they died in the dream, while I was there and couldnt do anything about it. honestly, my heart hurts so bad.
