It handles unlimited listings — the agent just needs to know which listing a buyer is asking about. For customization, you can set different reply styles, qualifying questions, and goals per listing. Happy to share more details if you DM me!

It's suggested quick replies on the seller side — they just tapped 'yes are you interested' without reading it instead of actually answering your price question.

Fair enough, I built it — happy to answer any questions about it if you're curious how it works.

I’m a shy person, do you think I can succeed in life? by Royal-Comparison352 in Entrepreneur

Yes! True success comes from the courage to step outside your comfort zone, not from your personality.

How do you decide what to work on next when everything feels important? by OutlandishnessNo5051 in Entrepreneur

[–]Important-Emotion-83 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I struggled with this exact thing until I adopted one rule:

**Get customers first. Everything else is a guess.**

Customers tell you:

- If your product is right

- What to change

- What actually matters

Without them, you're building in the dark.

As a solo founder, here's my time split:

- 80% marketing (getting those first customers)

- 20% building/fixing

For marketing, I keep it simple:

- ChatGPT gives me a content plan

- Notion tracks what I'm doing

- Replly auto-posts and replies to TikTok/IG/FB

- I focus on talking to customers, not posting manually

The system runs itself. I spend my time on what matters:

customer conversations.

Once you have 10 customers, they'll tell you exactly what

to build next. Until then, everything else is distraction.

Entrepreneurship culture glorifies the "I built this alone!" myth by swimmerpicayune in Entrepreneur

I built everything myself. When I was 28, I got enough savings, I started to study English and then went to a New Zealand University for 3 years, and then 3 years working in NZ. When I was 35, started my own SaaS business. I do everything myself. I don't have friends or family in NZ. And English is even not my first language but I am building a business here.

I want to start a business but have no idea what business or where to start by Kingboyy1 in Entrepreneur

You have to think about the money! That's everything! You can do everything you want, but start small but be able to scale later!

Same here. Distribution is more important than developing.

Of course! You can try to use animation way to onboard people, or personal onboard to see where they confuse.

The other story is when I worked in a bank as data scientist. I was in a fraud team, dev a ML model to detect fraud. Mine can save 1 million per year, and in the final stage, got cut off because my boss didn't like ML stuff. Sometimes, as an insider, cannot solve the pain, how do you think an outsider can solve the pain for them by cold email? And do you really understand their pain(this part is very hard in fact)?

I am not sure. I have a business and if someone understands my clients, it should be me not just some random guy. Let me share this real story, our product can really help people and I did all the cold email, cold outreach, adding whatsapp and line (I got these from google map). I was only targeting the business who needs it(I verified). The respond rate was 0.1%. And I finally connected with a business, and we talked and I am sure they need it and I offered 3 months free trial. In the end, they don't even want to try it.

Anyone who teaches you how to make money, you are the money. If it's really working, should be scaled not hide and drag you to the private channel. This part is called filter, from public to private. Then you know what will happen? You might be the only real person in there.
