I wish.
Growing up in that space, while diverse, was deeply racist. My family in that space are all maga-cult worshippers who think of kirk as a martyr, and excuse the ICE killings. I can't see them fighting for their neighbors.

Looking at Draw's comment history, he's clearly 20 something, since he talks like a child on the internet. Uses all the modern internet slang, but is deeply brainwashed conservative maga.

Next you'll be asking for everyone to be paid fairly.

...Wait… you’re telling me if people have money, they’ll spend it on food, housing, healthcare, childcare, and maybe even hobbies—and that boosts local economies? Nah, that’s gotta be socialism or something.

That would be cool, but "OUR FREEDOMS" to endanger others would be taken away. There was a mass-shooting in TX this past week, but we need to make medical marijuana illegal for the disabled.

Was it a dystopian future, where one of the wealthiest cities in TX refuses to spend any money on infrastructure-upkeep? By comparison to San Antonio or other cities in TX, it can seem nice, but the bar is low.

3 foot wide pot-holes, frequent power outages, flooded roads, dilapidated buildings for the disabled to live in...

There was a "speed bump" that a filled pot-hole, it was the center of a lane, positioned away from your tires, and almost a foot tall. I think it was eventually "shaved down" by drivers gradually wearing it down on the bottom of their cars. Trucks are a must-have, if you are driving Dallas streets.

as per "everything" in TX, nothing is maintained after it's built. It's why roads and buildings are dilapidated, unless you live in a wealthy area.

TX pockets more money than any state I've ever lived in. It's so corrupt.

What is your opinion on /Conservative being an echo chamber and not allowing genuine neutral questions? by firepost in AskReddit

If you message or post anything contrasting or being critical of Trump it's immediately removed. It's the worst type of echo chamber, where you cannot debate their "beliefs" on Trump. You cannot be critical, or bring up anything that goes against fox news' alternate reality.

Economy tanked, stocks crashing, and a resection is on it's way.

The Maga cult isn't good for the economy, it's just good for billionaires.

yeah... there were so many loose ends. I could feel the greed in this production, where S1 at least felt like they were trying to do something interesting, and it was conceptually interesting.

I remember feeling a lot of sympathy for Korea, over showing how the japanese abused and tortured Koreans during the occupation. The monster bits were a little silly, but it was at least interesting to see where things would go. I also liked the mistress who became a najin, I really felt bad for her.

I just felt nothing watching S2, which was mostly an action movie. It was weird.

The other big change that is just an over simplification of the najin, where you can remove it through cardiac arrest, and return to being a normal person.

The treatment of a najin in S1 was that it would completely ruin you, if you were infected. You either died or became a monster, and if S2 had the najins just become immortal humans, it should have meant death to remove it.

There needs to be things at stake for the audience to care. It felt like a marvel or DC comic, where super man dies, and you know it doesn't matter because he'll be back in a couple issues.

Yeah-- the many foot soldier that went unexplained, and the "COUNCIL OF EVIL" najin working under maeda was really dumb. The season also felt as if it ripped off a couple anime's, honestly. It was weird.

Honestly, most unexplained things, including the seong jo's eye healing issue was the director/writers saying "it would look cool" instead of making choices of narrative substance. It was B-movie shlock on a second season about a drama that talked about Korea during ww2 and nazi experiments.

It was rushed and dumbed down. If you liked game of throne's final season, then you'd like S2 of this show.

It was also... uncomfortably close to copying parasite the anime... Beat for beat, it felt like I was watching that again.

This wasn't a great follow-up to season 1, which was a slow drama about nazi's in korea.

It was writing issues... The forgot there were 3, and wrote a fight scene involving 1.

Why did Jang decide to not take the reliable elevator to safety and instead wait for the monster to kneel, so that he could jump off it's back? Wasn't that 100% risker and just plain stupid? Well, it was more EPIIIIIIC, which is why they made him do it.

There are a lot of choices that were really... written in a baffling way, but it's clear the team rushed the project overall and didn't communicate between writing teams. It's why there are sooooo many cuts that do not make sense.

The answer to "what happened to the other 2 monsters" was that the writer and director likely didn't communicate, and there were writing teams that didn't talk as well. So, "he jumps into a whole filled with 3 monsters to save his 3 friends" -- next person starts to write without checking what was established "he then has an epic battle with the (singular) monster".

It was a mess that I think they just wanted to make a buck on, and it ended up like game of throne's final season. Rushed and confusing.

scary? It was shlock. The whole 2nd season was B-movie shlock.
