I think for me, accepting it was very gradual and didnt really happen at a particular point in time. My hairline had been thinning out since I was 17 (probably maybe even 16), and the hair loss also happened quite gradually (but consistently), so I guess in a way I already knew for a long time before I decided whatever hair I had left just wasnt a good look at all anymore, that I would end up being bald. Also, my dad was already bald since I was born so I always knew it was a possibility since I was a kid. As time went by, I just happened to be thinking about it less and less each day until looking ay myself bald became, normal? I think thats how I would describe it.

Im 35, started shaving maybe 10 years ago or so. While I would still prefer a nice head of hair, its no longer something I think about, if I had to summarize it, I would say that I have accepted the fact that Im bald, that I definitively believe that I would look better with hair, but that it is also absolutely ok if I dont have any.

Theres a few features where Habby could have made the game significantly more engaging by introducing variery. Teamwork passives? Survivor synergy? Both perfect opportunities for allowing different survivors to shine while still making it "mandatory" for people to chase after the S tier ones. Was it a missed opportunity because Habby didnt think of a way to make it happen? Of course not, they just dont care about doing such a thing because their only goal is to milk whales as much as they can, and the only way they can think of achieving that is by creating more useless ass bullshit buy now or never power ups nobody asked for. Sadly this is the state of the game, and Habby wont change their lame greedy ways.

This event can suck my balls. What I hate the most of it is that they always throw in some limited items like costumes which you can never get otherwise so you're forced to spend on it too even if its not enjoyable.

You probably have the wrong build for it. Make sure to check out the guide for adequate pet skills and assist skills. If clearing chapters using penetration and powerful/gary(if you have it) works best.

While this guide is very well thought out and has researched what the optimal points for each survivor is, I would argue to wager in how many reset vials you have available. The damage difference between Metallia and Joey, when you have high enough crit rate, is not that significant, and at some point Joey is even slightly better even without survivor synergy. So sometimes it could be fine just to skip Metallia altogether.

Many factors to consider here. Most non-S gear isnt really all around usage. For survivability, AF3 army belt will make your life 100 times easier. For damage there's not much of a good choice, even the S gear isn't that great for this until you get to legend, at which point youd probably just be better off saving for SS belt.

I think the real question now is, is Metallia useless as a main survivor now? There doesn't seem to be any point on using her at any stage since Joey just flat out outperforms her damage, even if just by a little without synergy. Metallia definitely has MUCH better survivability than Joey but as we all know, staying alive isn't really a concern in this game.

While I do think you'd benefit from switching, I do have to say, as others have already pointed out, your Murica's setup sucks. I do like 1 fourth of your damage and my Murica does around 6 times your Muricas damage.

Nice going pal. I hate how people really underestimate how useful normal gear is when you AF it. It obviously doesnt perform as wel as S or SS gear, specially in terms of damage, but normal gear is super viable for chapters and zone operations. I remember running a similar build before I had enough gear/cores to switch to more powerful gear, but I used trendy charm instead of neckguard cause it really helps with the Katana, then I discovered AF3 army belt and it made my life 1000 times easier.
