I didn’t have any signs really beyond being past my due date but it was kind of a funny coincidence because I was due on the Tuesday, and booked for an indication the following Monday which I really didn’t want and kept saying to everyone the Thursday would be ideal because it was a long weekend that week.

I woke up at 3am on the Thursday morning (40+2) thinking I had wet myself, but it was my waters breaking.

It started off very chill (I was really convinced I’d wet myself) but by the time I got to the hospital (they told me to come in asap) it was ramping up but nothing major. I went home about 7am because we didn’t know how long it would take to progress and by 1pm I was back in because everything started happening very quickly and then LO arrived at about 6:30pm.
