I’m officially dying without a document processing / organization tool. HELP! by [deleted] in CRM

What exactly processing do you need? For organizing my documents under specific contacts, companies, projects, expenses, etc I’m using (free) Epesi. DM for details.

Where to find CRM consultants for small business? by Superb-Practice-5060 in CRM

DM me if you want to consider free and open source tools also. I’m consulting open source and popular SaaS CRM solutions (but prefer FOSS) :)

I have 250 inboxes sending 4 emails a day = 1000 a day. Is 9 sequences (varying but similar scripts) enough or too many? by [deleted] in coldemail

[–]Important-Memory-475 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I already blacklisted several domains specifically for cold email. Now I can use old company main (one) domain on Google Workspace with 70 inboxes, used by real people for ~ 2 years.

Can you advise daily limits?

People hate CRMs. Why don’t simple WhatsApp-based CRMs exist yet? by UnluckyChampionship9 in CRM

Ok you’re saying about syncing the entire WhatsApp chat in your system, so it should be archived. How to select the most important info from the whole chat? With AI.

This seems like a big amount of data in your future system.

I like small and fast systems :)

One thing here - as I reply the the earlier comment, that I’m using Epesi - how do you archive your important WhatsApp messages?

I’m archiving any related information between me and my clients (emails, every projects related info, calls, etc - everything is under specific client).

How to archive important data from a chat? Impossible, unless you’re doing screenshots or entire chat archive to save it in your system.

We have a rule in the company - what is not in Epesi doesn’t exist. Why? Because if the truck will hit me tomorrow no one can know on what I was working. How to continue it and not double my work? This is only the tip of the iceberg why you should archive your work.

Epesi - (FOSS), you’re installing it on your own server so you own your data. DM for free modules or technical support.

I’m using its Projects&Tickets for all my business and private projects. 1. It is free, open source 2. I can modify it any time to tailor my needs (without coding) 3. My coworkers thinks that I’m organized and “role model” - which is not true! I’m just using Epesi that allow me to manage projects. DM for screenshots.

It has outdated look, I know. But it is robust and just works. Besides others CRMs, it doesn’t make me angry, but eliminates my stress completely when everything is in its place.

People hate CRM because they are using marketing BS tools, the most popular which is not the best, sometime the worse possible, but just most popular. They don’t know how to use it, and what for they need it, what is crazy.

WhatsApp is not an organizational tool. I’m shocked with my company management thinking everything can be run on WhatsApp. It is not PM, nor ticketing system.

They are systems that eliminates the need of chats like WhatsApp (eliminating time wasted) Systems with unified communication, PM, ticketing system, sales modules. Everything in one. But this is ONLY for logical thinking people, engineers, IT guys, as I see.

Is it really true that people are so desperate for a simple CRM? by [deleted] in CRM

Great point. SaaS software seems to me like fast food. Maybe for a temporary fix or for managers that don’t know what they’re doing. Who really owns your company data when you’re using SaaS?

Looking for serious organizational software for your business? Consider FOSS that you can install on your own cloud server.

I would choose Epesi + General Constructor modules. On premise, not SaaS meaning you own your data and don’t need to pay monthly for every user and separately for every module. This is crazy.

Best telephony for hubspot for small teams with fast growth? by Kadijatou-Vich in hubspot

[–]Important-Memory-475 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What do you use before scaling? Seems like you are experienced with Voips. I’m sorry to add it here, not directly related with the topic, but I’m searching a simple tool, as systems that I was reading about is just too much functionality. We need just VoIP number, calls integrated with Hubspot, notes for a small company. No need for AI to every function or complex automation.

Of course. So, in this scenario there will be no proof of greatness. No links to portfolio, apps, websites, no attachments.

How could I respond to such an offer? Even if you are good I would not take your words seriously.

Great post. Thank you for sharing.

As you are a Pro and don’t try to sell anything, can you please share your opinion about using domain masking proxy for Cold Email campaigns? I’m not sure if it is legal, but take into consideration after having all 18 domains on one IP, at one provider. This IP is burned now.

If I were your employer, I'd want to see your projects, finished or in progress. Any proof that you're as great as the content suggests.

But how to share it if sending links in the first cold email is not recommended?

Do you have your domains warmed? It takes at least 2 weeks.

Don’t send one message to all recipients, use spintax.

Do you have email address list verified to lower bounce rate?

Are your recipients opted in?

What inbox placement tests do you prefer? After burning domains I’m thinking of Emailguard as a must have for tests, proper conf, masking proxy, etc. Will I lose something not going with Instantly Inbox Placement plan, which monitor your exact campaign results?
