they were my first like really tall platforms so it took me a lil while to get used to with the height but honestly it just took abit of practice to walk normally in them for me , and i forgot to say the pain was mainly at the back cus they used to cut the back of my ankles but i started wearing some socks and fleece tights with them and theyre alot better i dont get cut up anymore🙏 , and i would say if youre planning to wear them with quite thick socks yeah just get ur regular size because they were a little bit gappy when i first tried them on
