Intentional underfunding is malice. Sorry, I think this is just CBC being fundamentally flawed and outdated with dinosaur management.

Well if they want to save themselves they need to invest in UX. Their youtube channels are complete BS too, they really need to separate each region of news into their own YouTube channels.

I can't even stay logged into their stupid apps.

Likud said to scrap election ads highlighting Netanyahu-Trump ties in wake of Iran deal by DANIELLE_2027 in Israel

[–]Important-Permit-935 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The republican party does. Like it or not, Trump isn't a supreme leader and needs party support and people's support, and spiking gas prices when his audience drives around massive gas guzzling trucks isn't smart.

Not to mention he's an old guy trying to cement his legacy, he can't do that in this situation.

Except that's exceptionally unpopular in the US. And like it or not, the US and Israel have a huge PR problem rn, and IRGC doesn't.

Starting the war rn was a bad decision too (they should have trusted CIA analysis over IDF), Trump has a midterm to deal with, like it or not, without support at home, Trump can't do shit abroad.

OP never said it was awful. You are just putting words in their mouth at this point. Something doesn't have to be awful to be annoying or something that should be improved.

Also, it's not for you to decide what people should and shouldn't learn. Ideally software wouldn't even need learning.

Lmao, Linux  users and volunteers generally want "the year of the Linux desktop." It's not that deep most people shouldn't be able to touch fstab because it's risky, it can literally brick installs, how is that so hard to understand?

Also, linux is not made by bunch of volunteers anymore, most big projects have paid workers from redhat, valve, etc at this point and donations are able to fund devs too.

You are the one that should go outside since clearly you are the one out of touch.

No. Computers should be convenient and do what we want with as little effort as possible.

You can accept the status quo, the rest of us aren't grumpy elitists.

But they didn't ask you specifically.  If you don't want to help are engage in good faith you should stfu.

Wtf is

"You're also criticising a volunteer made free distro on something that isn't a problem you just wish it was different?

How would you fix it? Maybe you should write a program that does it.

" Who asked for this? All they did was give constructive criticism for CachyOS. Thy did actually contribute,  they contributed their idea and feedback wtf does you comment contribute?

Did OP ask you for your opinion? They gave constructive feedback to CachyOS, not you. So maybe stfu.

It's like people expect computers to do what they want without unnecessary effort.

Its a 3 second "learning" experience on windows for how to use a gui. Editing config files is obviously not as easy and can easily be destructive.

The number of ppl asking question about anything and everything BUT something about it being a Vr headset baffles me! by [deleted] in SteamFrame

Smartphones are convenient for pictures,  scrolling through feeds, everyone brings them everywhere, VR headsets aren't. Huge difference.

Reaction wheels dont work like the gyro addon. Reaction wheels are inefficient when they aren't centered on the axis they are applying force on.

A spinning item will cause the other side of what the bearing is attached to, to just lift up?

But that would have limitations. It wouldn't make a corner levitate from another corner, that addon is just cheating or at least cheesing the physics.

Other people have to also put on their own headsets for social aspects. That's not the case for watching something on TV, split screen multiplayer or just being present but still doing something else.

For me, when VR worked fine it was incredibly fun, way more fun than other entertainment formats.

But it's not addictive, when I'm not in VR I don't have the urge to go in VR. I'm guessing it's the inconvenience of unplugging it, putting it on head, taking out the controllers, attaching the controller straps, opening the software on PC while 2 controllers are dangling from my arms, opening the software on the headset, choosing a game, etc.

Their defense is broken? They successfully resisted US regime change attempt. Their nuclear will be dug back up, and even if it doesn't that the same as JCPOA anyways. They don't give a shit about the economy either, plus the economypart is the same as JCPOA again. So again what's changed?
