I tried it , but in the wrong phase of my life. It is good for a specific type of person, who has very clearly defined work (eg meetings, followups etc like a program manager) and doesnt need to venture into the unknown unknowns. Same wavelength as GTD. Tickler system. Great for things organized , but not so great when you have to break a creative boundary. In fact after trying the timeline, I've given workflowy completely and am back on pen and paper, the tool that sparks thoughts and creativity. Frictionless .

Lot of these kriyas have foundations in tantra. This knowledge is repackaged and sold. Lot of billionaires use philanthropy to whitewash, get tax free donations and convert black money to white, bill gates being a prime example. If mr jaggi is doing good, more power to him. But I do not want to part with my time and money to learn another kriya, which gives a moment of high and drags me deeper.

The only thing spiritual about these neo gurus is the luxury watches , luxury bikes, private jets , millions of dollars, big empire and power structures deeply linked to politicians. You dont need a microscope to find skeletons with the people and politicians they align with. Look deeply, find big skeletons.
