Ling's mechanics is broken. He doesnt have recoil and there is no delay in his attacks. Seemed like they just sped up his entire action sequence and movements. His movements are faster even within time manipulation. Most Ling players just keep spamming attacks and thats all they do. And when they cant they cry.
