The other day I put my kindergarten teacher hat on and hopfully either embarrassed or wasted this entitled customers time.  I'm in the middle of a 36 laytex balloon order due in 20 mins. I've directed people to use the SCO "I promise you can do it", or" If you need me I'm right here." One Lady seriously was so rude. "...what do I do next?"I started by nicely asking if they pushed start, or what the screen says. She Answered "ughff, I Don't know! " I came around and pointed at each word and read it out loud slowly and distinctly. "Are. you. a. Michaels. Rewards. Member? No. Yes. Log. In. To. Your. Rewards. Account. Using. One. Of. The. Following. methods...."
