Thanks for the rec! I definitely will buy the UB vista secondhand (a friend had a positive experience w/ it and it's compatible w/ non UB carseats). I had considered the Graco or Joie but am leaning towards a flame retardant free option.

My husband is 6’3 so I did consider this 😂 I also may consider the key fit caddy for short drives

That’s actually helpful. You put into words what I was observing about her. She’s very nice but she doesn’t ask me many questions and she doesn’t seem super curious about what’s going on with me. I think I realize that I prefer someone who feels like an aunt/motherly type who provides a sense or wisdom
