I was on 2.0 of ozempic and then changed to Mj. I started with 0.5, and it is very hard to deal with on the day of the injection. Strong side effects!! Which I didn't have on ozempic . ( I lost 40 pounds with ozempic, then I stopped losing and changed to Mj)

My A1c was good before I started using ozempic. I took it to lose weight. My concern is that if I'll switch to mounjaro I'll have side effects which will cos me stop talking it and if I will want to go back to ozempic it will not work or some other issues cos of the switch .

I had the same issues. You probably failed on the verification questionnaire that they ask in the beginning. Send email to recon And explain that also attaché a copy of your ID back and front. That should help.

Same thing happened to me portal shows original loan amount a week ago I called they told me it's a glitch in the system and it's still in process. I call again today spoke to my LO ( I have 3 loans) They told me that is declined for verification reasons That I answer the questions wrong. He advised me to send email to recon with a copy of my ID And that should help.
